Our Chicken wings are deep fried in beef tallow and then tossed in our housemaid made sauces: Lemon Pepper, Buffalo, 2BHB Sweet and Spicy, Garlic Parm, Sweet Texas Dry Rub.

Salads
Salads come in your choice of our housemaid ranch dressing, blue cheese, creamy Italian, Balsamic Vinaigrette. Our serving size feeds two to three people.
Green Salad
Mixed greens lettuce, cherry tomatoes, thin slice cucumbers, carrots, housemaid baked croutons, hickory smoked bacon, and freshly grated artisan parmesan cheese.
Caesar Salad

Wedge Salad
